1997.6, 450 M² ESP Japanese HV power supply controller, upgrade BaoJi Steel sintering machine head. The exit gas concentration was reduced from 180mg/Nm³ to 93mg/ Nm³. 16 results of total 26 tests are lower than 80mg/ Nm³.
In 1997, we develop the fist dynamic sparking simulated testing machine, which improve the HV power supply development and testing completely. This design ensures the quality consistency of XLEC products.
In 1998, we upgrade one 300MW power project with 12nos HV controller and one upper monitor in Henan Jiaozuo plant (300MW).
The first Electronic-bag combined ESP was deigned by Professor Ling Hong on 2003.3, applying in Shang Hai Pu Dong cement factory. We were in charge of the controlling system of this project, and the exit dust emission was reduced to 30 mg/ Nm³.
2004.12 Shan Xi He Qu Lu Nen, two sets of 600MW Power plant, 980*2(rappers) top rapping control system. The complete controlling system was design by us, and achieved excellent performance and gov. approval.
2005.4, the three phase HV ESP power supply was passed all simulated tests. Besides, we successfully make the new generation OLED-V6 controller, together with power supply products, we had the ability to supply whole set equipment.
2005.10, the first three phase HV power supply sample unit was applied in Beijing Jiaotong University.
2006.4, 3phase power supply designed by Leadyoung was successfully testing in HeBei Aluminum Plant. The dust emission was reduced by 400 mg/ Nm³, from 600-675 mg/Nm3 to171-202 mg/Nm3comparing with 1 phase used before.
2006.6, the HV silicon rectified transformers that designed by us were exported to India.
2006, 18th of June, our factory moved to the national level High-Tech area in Xiang’an district. From then, we had our own factory with 4300㎡。
2009.9,HeNan Zhongzhou Aluminum Project(No.1 kiln). We upgrade the HV power supply and DCS upper monitor successfully. The dust emission was reduced from 600-675 mg/Nm3 to 32-87 mg/Nm3.The efficiency of the third field reached to 99.80%. The 5th kiln was upgraded successfully on 5th of Nov. 2006.It marked a beginning of new era of three phase power supply.
2006.10,Bushan project of Hebei Xinke. We export 12sets HV power supply and 4sets LV controlling equipments to Bushan India.
2006.11, Jiangsu Guangyuan Hitachi MEEP project. The first normal EP plus MEEP combined was applied in this project. Leadyoung was in charge of the HV/LV and MEEP controlling system. The dust emission result was 21 mg/ Nm³, and the efficiency of the third fields reach to 99.89%.
2008.3, XLEC and ADOR India formed a Joint Venture company, Ador Powertron Leadyoung(Xiamen) Rectifiers Limited. XLEC owns 51% shares of JV.
