1.This code of conduct is enacted with a view to responding the general moral code, strengthening the culture construction, human resources and enterprise development.
2.This code of conduct is the basic norm and the assessment standard of the employees’ behavior. It is the basis of the human resource management.
3.This code of conduct shall apply to all employees in our company.

7.Before the shift -- Be well prepared
7.1 Take care over the diet and rest, remain plentifulenergythroughout.

8.Working – Keep good order
8.1 Keep planning, programming, revising and pursuing for the best.

9.After the shift -- Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today
9.1 Put documents in appropriate order.

9.3 Close windows and door, turn off power, and ensure against fire and theft.

10.Work behaviors -- Safe and formal
10.1 Carry out idea of safety, and enforce safety regulation.
10.2 Working dress on site shall meet the safety requirements.
10.3 Forbid to violate regulations, and accomplish”3 do not harm”.
10.4 Prevent accidents of person, equipment and traffic.
10.5 Make riskanalysis and control; accomplish “four do not let off” principle.
11.Working site – Tidy and Cultured
11.1 Keep tidy working place with neat arrangement.
11.2 Forbid any uncultured behaviors in public.
11.3 On working site, we speak and walk in an appropriate way for not disturbing others.
11.4 Knock the door before coming into other offices.
12.Belongs arrangement – strictly and clearly
12.1 Keep order for office necessity, documents and tools.
12.2 Treasure them, check and maintain them regularly.
12.3 Clear-cut company&private property, and ensure records conform to objects.

17. Meeting manner – Punctuality and Discipline
17.1 Dress formally, attend early, and take assigned places.
17.2 Concentrate, listen, and record.
17.3 Keep in order, observe decorum, and applaud appropriately.
17.4 Turn off or mute the communication tool; do not answer any calls.
17.5 Leave orderly to avoid crowded situation; ladies and elders first.
18. Language Expression – Gentle and accurate
18.1 Speak in Mandarin, with civilized expression and appropriate wording.
18.2 Concentrate on the lecture with smile; do not disturb speeches of others.
18.3 Do not talk about others behind their back, or calumniateother persons.
18.4 Do not use bitter words, or join in any coarse discussion.
19.Answering Phone calls – Polite and Concise
19.1 Use greetings during answering of phone calls.
19.2 Be concise, gentle, clear and with a moderate speaking speed.
19.3 Write down and pass the messages.
19.4 End the call with polite goodbye, and let elders hand up first.
20. Visit – Punctual and Polite
20.1 Make reservation for visits; be punctual and arrive early.
20.2 Dress appropriately, and have a easy manner; be nice and modest.
20.3 Take the assigned seat. Without rules, chose the side seats.
20.4 Say goodbye to others before leave.
21. Reception service – Warm and Friendly
21.1 Welcome with greetings, and lead and introduce with enthusiasm.
21.2 Introduce the junior and colleagues to senior and visitors.
21.3 Push the in-opening door, let yourself go in first; pull the out-opening door, let customer go in first.
21.4 Press the button for the guests in elevator, always let guests in or out first.
21.5 Say goodbye when guests leave, be friendly and polite.
22.Tea manner – Moderate and Appropriate
22.1 Pour out tea for guests actively; little more than a half cup is advisable.
22.2 Offer the tea with left hand holding the cup side and right hand on the bottom.
22.3 Offer the tea from guests to colleagues, from senior to junior.
23.Name card exchange manner – Modest and appropriate
23.1 Exchange the name card to guests from senior to junior, from the near to the distant.
23.2 Give name cards by hands, with face up and right direction.
23.3 Accepting name cards by hands, with hearty thanks and smile
23.4 Keep name cards to show respect.
24.Dinner Manner – Civilized and Appropriate
24.1 Send out invitations in advance; give quick response to invitations.
24.2The formal seat sequence is: the host sits in middle, with guests of honor sit by sides.
24.3 Be civilized in behavior and speech, do not steal the show from host, and never leave before guests.
Employee appearance regulation
25. Appearance -- Dignifiedand easy
25.1 Dress formal, be neat and decent, and do not wear any exaggerated accessories.
25.2 Be experienced, modest and refined.
25.3 The male employee shall stand with good posture, and do not put hands in pockets.
25.4 The female employee shall stand with feet together in standing positions, and hands on sides.
25.5 Sit with dignified posture, be easy and erect.
26. Behaviors – Civilized and Healthy
26.1 Never use coarse language.
26.2 Do not throw wastes and spit everywhere.
26.3 Keep apart from activities of pornography, gambling and feudalist superstition.
26.4 Protect the public property and common interest.
26.5 Abide by the trafficregulations, and park the car in right area.
27. Honest Appearance – Self discipline and cautious behavior
27.1 Abide by the regulation related honest profession.
27.2 Do not seek unlawful interests by abusing power.
27.3 Do not offer or accept bribes.
27.4 Do not use public fund for recreational activities.
27.5 Do not seekprivilege,and make decision together with groups.
28.Humanity Appearance – Respect and humanity
28.1 Respect individual dignity and privacy.
28.2 People of different genre, religions, backgrounds and ethnic groups shall be treated equally.

29.All staff shall conscientiouslyobserve this code of conduct. New employees need to make the vow in the first day.

30.1“Three do not harm”-- Do notharmoneself, do notinjureanother person, be notharmed by others.
31.2“Four do not let off”-- the accident cause factor fact-finding has not let off; the owner has not received processing not to let off; reorganizes the measure realization not to let off; the concerned personnel has not received the education not to let off.
